In October 2016, Friends of the Manor held its first event to raise funds to benefit young men battling the disease of addiction.
250 people shared an evening that included a tour of Manor of Hope, dinner, dancing and a silent auction. Guests were taken by trolley to Manor of Hope, a therapeutic community in Phoenixville, PA and then returned to the venue for an evening of fun and purpose.
Patrons were impressed by the Manor of Hope facilities and by the unique vision of its Founder, Steve Killelea.
Guests participated in a silent auction which benefited Friends of the Manor. The evening was topped off by the sweet sounds of “Straight Ahead, the Band”.
